GIPSA fines auction market for false invoices

USDA’s Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration (GIPSA) continues an 18-month investigation into what USDA referred to as “schemes to falsify the selling price of livestock at livestock auction markets across the country in violation of the Packers and Stockyards (P&S) Act.
