The checkoff’s “Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner.” Facebook page recently surpassed the “halfway to a million” mark when it comes to fans of the page. And the effort to engage consumers in conversations about beef is paying off: fans aren’t just reading a post, but giving it a thumb’s up, leaving comments and forwarding to their Facebook networks.
