Water for Life elects new officers

Water for Life, a nonprofit organization with the mission of protecting agricultural water rights, elected new officers at their annual board of directors meeting Oct. 6, 2010, in Salem, OR.

New officers are: President—Kyle Marino, Source 1 Livestock Supply, Redmond, OR; Vice President of Issues—Matt Cyrus, Aspen Lakes Resort, Sisters, OR; Vice President of Funding—Kevin Westfall, Rock Creek Livestock, Myrtle Point, OR; Secretary/Treasurer—Rex Barber Jr., Big Falls Farms, Terrebonne, OR. The board appointed Tim Smith of Burns, OR, to a two-year term on the board of directors. — WLJ
