I read Steve Kay’s article on giving shots for E coli. I don’t understand why the meat industry is not using irradiation on their meat, or at least the hamburger.
Several years ago, maybe 10, we were at Iowa State where they were showcasing irradiation and it looked like a slamdunk for food safety. May be you could have Steve address that issue.
