New FAO guidance to help countries reduce agricultural greenhouse gas emissions

The consequences of climate change for the world’s food production systems are becoming increasingly clear and more needs to be done to capitalize on agriculture’s potential to mitigate global warming, says a new Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations guidance document published this month.
