Clean Water Act overhaul reintroduced
An attempt to expand federal authority over the waterways in the U.S. was reintroduced last week in the House of Representatives by Minnesota Democrat James Oberstar. The bill, "America's Commitment to Clean Water Act,"or H.R. 5088, would change the 1972 Clean Water Act to allow the government control over all water in the U.
