EPAs endangerment finding challenged by senate leadership
The attempt by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to regulate greenhouse gasses (GHG) met with several challenges last week as members of Congress attempted to block the regulations. Alaska Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski and Senate Ag Committee chair Blanche Lincoln, D-AR, introduced bipartisan legislation last week condemning the finding.
