Ag appropriations bill signed into law

Last Wednesday, President Obama signed the 2010 Agricultural Appropriations bill into law to fund USDA spending next year. The bill provides $23.5 billion in discretionary spending, $2.7 billion more than the 2009 bill and $325 million more than the presidents request.
