Senate's climate bill vague

The Senate's version of a climate change bill, which was released last Tuesday, is written in vague terms and much detail was left out of the bill. According to Sen. John Kerry, D-MA, one of the bill's sponsors, the vague language was left to be completed by the various committees which will examine the bill.
