Government provides boost for ethanol industry

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), announced last week that biofuels will need to meet a higher standard for emissions. The Obama administration also formed a comprehensive program which will require EPA, USDA and the Commerce Department to work together to not only meet those more stringent standards, but also increase the U.S. use of biofuels to meet energy needs.
