Washington ranchers brace for water battle

A move by a Washington feedlot owner to construct a new yard in Franklin County, near Eltopia, and the associated actions of procuring water for livestock has created an uproar in the state. Cody Easterday, of Easterday Ranches, has been working through county processes to identify water sources for use in a livestock operation.
