Strong corn market takes its toll on feeder cattle
Fed cattle trade broke out earlier than normal last week. Trade and
demand was moderate in the Texas Panhandle last Wednesday afternoon and
Thursday. Compared to the prior week, live sales were .50 to $1 lower at
$89-89.50. Trade was very limited in Kansas with a few early live sales
