CO, NE reach livestock commuter deal

Last Monday, the Colorado and Nebraska Departments of Agriculture jointly announced that a livestock commuter agreement had been reached between the two states. Such agreements allow covered livestock herds to be moved between agreeing states “in the course of normal livestock management operations,” according to federal code.
